It is amazing what one can find around their workplace to paint. While these tools tend to stare me in the face on a daily basis, I repeatedly take them for granted in terms of not only their usefulness, but also their beauty. Occasionally I find tools in just the right setting to peak my artistic interests and take my mind off the daily hum-drum that encompasses my work. I always wanted to paint these rusty metal shears but never could envision them in the proper composition.
