Artist's Description
I have toyed with this subject several times over the last few days. I adjusted some values and colored the mantel. I am finally happy with it as now the base of the chalice seems to move a bit more forward in the overall image. It is painted with 18th century reproduction watercolor paint on Arches 140# paper.
