Artist's Description
I am on a bit of a rose kick lately and this particular one is painted from a reference photo that my wife took when she toured a local Rose and Dahlia garden. I used a large Raphael Squirrel mop brush for the entire piece but I am surprised how versatile that brush can be. The original painting is painted using all Sennelier watercolor paint on Arches 140# cold-pressed paper and is 14"x10" in size.
